Meet Lindsey
Lindsey is the owner of Jade & Sage Holistic Therapy, a compassionate Licensed Clinical Social Worker, dedicated therapist, and Qualified Supervisor in Fort Myers, Florida. She brings over a decade of demonstrated experience in the mental health field working with individuals across the lifespan. She understands the importance in connecting with her clients through authentic, empathic, direct, and “big picture” conversations. She emphasizes an integrative Holistic approach to enhance overall wellness and recognizes that true healing is rooted in the sacred alignment of mind, body, and spirit. Lindsey has immense passion in empowering individuals to speak their truth through effective communication, protecting their space with healthy boundaries, and fostering positive preventative self care routines. Lindsey collaborates with trusted community providers to support client transitions from prescribed medications to a natural state of being. With a strong commitment to trauma-informed education, she addresses misdiagnoses and misuse of pharmaceuticals in treating mental health issues; empowering individuals to make informed choices about their health and wellness. Lindsey’s true intention is to create a safe and inviting space where individuals can openly express their thoughts, feelings, and discover their authentic selves to cultivate the best version of themselves.
​Lindsey is a Certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (C-IMHP), Certified Master Accelerated Resolution Therapy Practitioner, and Perinatal & Postpartum Mental Health trained. She is a loyal member of the National Association of Social Workers, International Society of Accelerated Resolution Therapy, Postpartum Support International.

Lindsey earned her Master of Social Work degree with a focus in clinical therapy for individuals, groups, families, and couples from Florida Gulf Coast University, where she also completed her Bachelor of Social Work. Throughout her academic journey, Lindsey expanded her experience by providing therapeutic bereavement support to children in a Hospice setting and providing counseling to adolescents and adults facing mental health challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, impulsive behaviors, and family conflict in a private practice setting.
Lindsey's professional path includes past experiences as a counselor’s aide at Renaissance Addiction Services, Inc. in Buffalo, NY, where she provided therapeutic mentoring to female adolescents in a residential treatment facility. Additionally, Lindsey served at Saluscare, Inc. in Fort Myers, FL, specializing in crisis intervention, brief therapy techniques, dual-diagnosis care, and clinical assessments as an Emergency Services Clinician in the psychiatric crisis stabilization unit.
Outside of session, Lindsey loves spending quality time with family, friends, and Mother Earth. She is a mama of two to a beautiful free spirited human and her energetic goldendoodle, Chai T. She values meaningful experiences, enjoys gardening, and all things personal growth.
Before stepping into the world of therapy, Lindsey earned a culinary arts and hospitality management degree in 2005. She spent over 20 years in the restaurant industry working in a multitude of establishments from a family style diner to fine dining to sports complex suites. She enjoys cooking a variety of dishes at home and has recently picked up the art of ;sushi making. Additionally, she practices meditation, Kundalini yoga, QiGong, and is a diehard fan of the Buffalo Bills!
